From Agüimes or Ingenio, you can reach the house by car in just a few minutes. After parking your vehicle, you enter a spacious terrace with a cosy lounge area, adjoining swimming pool, utility room and additional amenities.

The main house features a charming kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining area, a wine cellar, and a generous wooden balcony offering wonderful views across the property and towards the cathedral of Agüimes. Parts of the finca are several hundred years old, giving the estate a unique and authentic atmosphere.

Right next to the main house, there is an inviting guest bungalow with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area with integrated kitchenette, and a small bar.

Walking through the lush garden, past a barbecue area and a small tree house for children built into an olive tree, you reach another guest bungalow. This bungalow offers one bedroom, a kitchenette integrated into the living area, and a bathroom with shower. A cosy pavilion with sun loungers invites you to relax and unwind.

Internet, air conditioning and satellite TV are, of course, available.

Water is supplied normally via the local provider. Additionally, every 17 days a total of 38 cubic metres of water can be taken free of charge for garden irrigation.
