Two supermarkets and various restaurants, bars, and leisure clubs are within walking distance. An 18-hole golf course, “Campo de Golf,” has a public restaurant. Additionally, there is a German hairdresser, a dentist, and a gym in a small community facility. Entertainment options are provided by the recently opened beach club "Ocean" and the Holiday World leisure complex, offering a variety of recreational and dining experiences.

Tiles have been laid throughout the bungalow, on the terrace, in the garage, and along the pathway leading to the house. A satellite system is available for TV reception, and TV streaming services can also be used via the fiber-optic internet connection.
Residents of the bungalow complex have access to a shared swimming pool. This area was extensively renovated and redesigned in 2023. The depth of the pool was reduced to 1.35 meters, and the pool coating was renewed. The outdoor area was redesigned, and the fence was equipped with a privacy screen. The costs for these improvements were covered by the community’s existing funds, and the community account remains debt-free.
