Via the private access from the street you enter the front terrace of the property, here you will find an outside toilet with washing machine on the left side. From this terrace side you enter the living area with open kitchen and integrated ceramic hob (2 plates), adjoining the living room is another terrace, which is located in the green communal garden with pool.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. Also on this floor is the daylight bathroom with a ground-level shower.

Electricity and water are included in the rent up to a monthly limit of 70€. Internet is also included.

Just opposite is a supermarket, as well as many other shops on the Avenida de Italia.

You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes.
